Loved your reactions …… 🎉❤. Freddie didn’t just sing his songs on stage ….he performed them. Have you seen the live versions of ‘Somebody to Love’ ?? Live in Montreal 1981 and live in Milton Keynes 1982 are both fabulous. Most any song from either of these concerts are totally worth listening to. Have you ever reacted to some of their earlier songs like ‘Liar’ live at the Rainbow? Plus so, so many more …… please continue to react to Queen. Thank you.

As fantastic and unparalleled as Freddie is these performances take the amazing talent of all 4 members and Freddie was the first to point that out. Here are a few suggestions, Save Me, Dragon Attack and Keep Yourself Alive live at Montreal 1981. White Queen live at Hammersmith Odeon 1975. Love of My Life and Now I’m Here and Who Wants To Live Forever live at Wembley 1986. Also watch Who Wants to Live Forever official video. Different take on the song.

Looking at this live concert footage from Wembley in 1986, it's sad to realize that this tour was the last time Queen would do... In one way, it was the perfect end of Queen's massive live career, selling out stadiums across Europe on a hit record 'A kind of magic'... Playing Knebworth, England on that run, where Led Zeppelin played in 1979 (Oasis would play there in 1996) But Freddie Mercury wanted Queen to be big in the USA again and he would never have the chance again... He was diagnosed w/ AIDS in 1987 and that devastated the band... All Freddie wanted to do was create music w/ Queen until he finally passed away in 1991.

For your own personal enjoyment, I highly recommend watching this song from their "Live in Montreal 1981" show. That was near the end of their tour for "The Game" album, I saw them at Madison Square Garden in September 1980 on that tour. Anyway, as the show progresses, Freddie slowly straps down out of his clothes. This song is near the end of the concert and he's parading around in nothing but a pair of tight white short shorts and a Montreal Canadians ball cap.

Ah yes, another reaction where it’s all about “Freddie’s performance” without crediting the other three amazingly talented men who made the BAND Queen. I love Freddie just as much as anybody else does… but this song wouldn’t have existed in Queen’s catalogue if it weren’t for the songwriting talent of our Funky Bass Boi, John “Deaky” Deacon (hint: this is why the camera showed John so much during this song, plus his funky Disco Deaky dance-bopping while playing). Roger also contributed heftily to this performance with his impeccable drumming, plus his incredible vocal ability to punch through the high notes strongly enough to overcome the instrument noise - those vocals punched through and supported Freddie’s when Freddie’s own voice was feeling the strain. Brian was being his awesome self as usual, but this song relies heavily on the John-and-Roger Rhythm Section (affectionately known as The Sonic Volcano of Queen)

Queen do a very nice very short ballad named '39'. Can be found on the 'A night at the Opera' album.

This show has many powerful vocal moments, even though it’s one of the worst, having caught Freddie a cold, which, I believe, made his vocal conditions, already bad ( fault of the notorious nodules ), even worse. Anyway, I liked your reaction 🎉

You ask if Queen has this as it's original song. I think things like this you should check before you publish the video. OF COURSE it't a original Quenn. I have even heard comments on the bass line: Oh,, this is a Vanila Ice song! How stupid is that😱. Thanks for your comments and playing this video. Actually there are better live versions out there than this one.
