She's becoming more aggressive though as Jack's been working with some of the content creators she's stolen from to issue her copyright strikes. Because of that, she's had to edit some of her vids to remove the claimed clips making them shorter - when that happens though, it impacts on the ad revenue she receives. If she's deplatformed (not likely tho unfortunately), at least OF is an option, like some others have done. She'll have to work a little bit harder though!

This is what gets me about KZbin drama that seeps into the real world: no consequence ever arises. KZbin has seen hundreds of predators, criminals etc and all that ever happens is their channel dies or they're cancelled for a few months. On top of that the attention they get from the controversy itself boosts their channel and income. Doxxing itself is not illegal but can lead to being charged with other crimes like harassment, stalking, intimidation, identity theft, or incitement to violence. At 12:56, you mention that in todays time it's normal to visit someone's house and itself is not a threat, but her intent is what's more important as even intending just to embarrass him makes her susceptible to harassment charges, again according to TX law. Really interested topic and thank you for explaining fair use! I have seen good examples of reaction videos that do add to original. For example vocal coaches who react to a singer. They often pause the performance and explain what note this is head voice vs chest voice, the skill level needed for a certain song ect. This also illustrates that reaction videos are best left to people with genuine talent or skill.

People have called her out years before. I'm not into gaming, and I only know this because drama channels have covered this in the past. What Dr. Grande left unsaid is, she gets away with it because she is pretty. If she were overweight or not attractive, she would have been sued left and right. She also as the money to defend herself, so some people may get spooked. Until this video, I never knew her name nor that she is actually a UK citizen.
