Things have _really_ changed at a fundamental level in the last twenty years. I'm thirty-nine and have almost given up hope in getting married and having children. I haven't been in very long relationship for many years, the girl I dated was a nurse and it lasted for three and a half months. She was thirty-three and It ended amicably, but she wasn't interested in kids or marriage. I don't think I would be able to date a girl younger than thirty because they're mostly crazy.

Even so, there were already consequences during the so called second wave in the 1960s and 70s, esp with the pill. Men ended up freer than they'd ever been, because there was suddenly less pressure to "marry the girl." Even the idea of the "shotgun wedding," was a joke by the mid 70s. Women have been saying they don't need men as long as I can remember and I'm 62. Popular songs repeated the mantra "I Am Woman," "Enough Is Enough," etc. And it never ends. They never get enough of telling us how much they hate us, don't need us, wish we'd all just go away. Once we go away, though, they eventually notice it and want us to come back. Not that they'll do anything at all for us if we do. They just want to come back and give them things.

Feminism was designed to be evil and it enslaved women to an ideology of victimhood and brainwashing, and enslaved men to even believe much of it's lies. Even in the past it was "ladies and children first", it was "provide for your wife and family", it was "protect your wife and child to the death" if need be yet women still found a way to pretend to be the victims after all that. I would love to be able to switch roles! I don't have to protect, provide, heck even work in cases and I am still told I am getting a rotten deal. I am about 30 minutes and my major takeaways are that women don't care about what happens to men unless it is their son and that women are self serving and don't think of leaving a legacy. In the case of the former, I disagree. There are some women so dedicated to their way of thinking they don't even care when it is their sons. What it did was force a two income family by decreasing wages and increasing the price of everything. Most notably the insane cost of housing these days. On top of this is an increase in immigration which exacerbates the problem. On the other hand, certain individuals and elite groups are benefiting from all this enormously. The idea behind the rest is to keep women interested in working, and offering them as many jobs that are available and that they are willing to do. The low birth rate is compensated for by immigration to fill low paid jobs of which lowers wages, all round, once again, and creates more customers and increases income tax (and other tax) revenue.

I know someone who divorced her husband of 20 years. They had 3 kids in their late teens. She married a man in her early 40s . He was 15 years younger. She had 2 babies with him in her 40s. Something about this situation is so sad to me. The way she discarded her husband; the example she set for her children, etc.
