for 15:21, there's a mechanism at the lowest part of the waterfall that you have to enter using the bird saurian. afterwards, it will summon the hillichurl enemy.

Hello! I have passed this part earlier, since there were no tutorials or explanations in the video. As far as i remember, you need keys to lower the water levels
