180 days health challenge 1. Remove painful and sad memories from your mind 2. Remove emotional Guilt and stay happy 3. Visualize what you want to become 4. Don't use refined oil (can use pure Musturd oil) 5. No sugar in any form 6. No dairy products in any form 7. No white salt (use sea salt) 8. No Maida 9. Eat millets , raagi, chana, jwar (if possible eat less wheat) 10. Don't drink too much water 11. Drink kaanji (Daily) 12. Do Daily Breathing exercise ( apan & pran) atleast for 20 minutes...

Non milk based products or avoiding any sugar lol you can't do it like sugar is refined form of sugarcane so it doesn't have any nutrients so it is avoided while you are eating any wheat rice pulses grains 😂you are still eating sugar lol it's carbs and they are going to be converted in sugar giving you energy for daily work and non milk based diet calcium ko supplement kroge vitamin d ko supplement kroge minerals or vitamins ko bhi aap supplement hi kroge uske bina

I quit milk and milk products around 12 years back and sugar around 4 years back..only once in a blue moon I consume natural honey..I am 42 but if I clean shave people mistake me for a college student 😊..thanks for the amazing podcast..very motivating talk..I will also start

I do drink black tea with ginger, lemon, tulsi,cardamom,cloves saunf, ajwain, honey and black salt during cold seasons. Curd only one spoon after lunch. Paneer very rarely

Ha mene bhi ye sab chhod diya he milk and everything from animals, any products made from milk, maida, refined oil karib ek saal se. Milk ke bajay me sesame seeds se calcium leti hu soaked and grinded, oil ki jagah me coconut ki giri leti hu but coconut gas on me nhi use kr sakte to me sabji pakne ke baad upper se ghis ke daalti hu aur steam me dhakke oil release ho jata he sabji me for 10 mins, and peanuts❤. @SatvicMovement ❤

He can afford that oil or etc cause he earn after sharing 10% accurate and 90% point less knowlage this are the one who are making problems by always saying eat this eat that giving much value to basic thing like food that is the biggest reason the price of good food is increasing which is not extraordinary thing every human bing in this planet earth specie deserved that

As a dr practicing in Haryana Jhajjar I have observed thousand of people who are in their old age still very healthy & fit …they have been taking milk since 70 to 80 years cow or buffalo with very good health ….my grand mother is 103 years old she took ghee ,milk .Things may vary person to person depending upon sensitivity to lactose & proteins but most of people get Benifit with milk diet particularly if you are physically active .

और मैं पिछले 20 साल से बुखार के लिए कोई दवा नहीं खाई है। मेरा बच्चा आज 23 साल का हो चुका है। जब तक वह मेरे साथ था बचपन के 2 साल छोड़ दो तो मैंने उसको कभी कोई एलोपैथिक दवा नहींखिलाई हां मेरे बच्चे के लिए मैंने बहुत कुछ रिसर्च अवश्य किया। वह भी प्रैक्टिकलकरके, मैं अधिक किताबें नहीं पढ़ी किंतु लोगों पर ट्रीटमेंट करके प्रैक्टिकल अवश्य किया है। जिसने बहुत कुछ सिखाया है। मेरे वीडियो में मेरी बोलने की गति अधिक है । क्योंकि जब मैंने वीडियो बनाए थे ना तो मुझे वीडियो बनाने की समझ नहीं थी। जैसे सामने बैठ कर बोलती थी वैसे ही वीडियो में भी बोल देतीथी।

@@runal6286 I left milk...I left high antibiotics rxed by doctor.. I took l ruteri probiotic. Curd butter milk.... Green salads especialky cucumber before food.... Very light food in the evening....that's all.... Otherwise doctor ne ibs ke naam pe pagal bana rakha tha

I have been watching your videos for a long time Ram Sir, your videos always inspired me but today's podcast is exceptional & full of knowledge, I am suffering from IBS and other problems as you told I have already stopped wheat, maida refind oil etc. but could not stop taking milk in tea and khand, but now definetly I will try to stop milk and suger for my gut health. With due respect: Casein A1 protein is primarily found in the milk of certain breeds of cows, particularly those of European origin, like Holstein, Friesian, and some other modern dairy breeds. It is not found in every animal's milk. Other animals, such as goats, sheep, and buffaloes, usually have different types of casein proteins, primarily A2 casein. There is a distinction between A1 and A2 beta-casein proteins in cow's milk. A1 casein is more commonly found in the milk of breeds like Holstein and Friesian, whereas A2 casein is found in older breeds like Jersey, Guernsey, and also in many indigenous cattle breeds of Asia and Africa, as well as other mammals. Milk with A2 casein is believed by some to be easier to digest and less likely to cause certain digestive issues.

थोड़ा सावधानी से इनकी बातों को सच मानिए जरूरी नहीं कि इनकी सभी बाते ठीक हो दूध के बारे में इनके विचार बेकार है आयुर्वेद के ग्रन्थ दूध पर सब कुछ बता चुके है और इन जैसे कुछ ज्यादा समझदार लोगों की माने तो धरती पर गाय भैंस भेड़ बकरी ऊंट किसी दूध वाले पशु का दूध काम का ही नहीं तो फिर उनके लैट्रिन मतलब गोबर से मिट्टी में जो अनाज पैदा होता है उसको भी क्यों खाते है ये लोग इसलिए अपनी अकल लगा कर ही इनको सुने
