180 days health challenge 1. Remove painful and sad memories from your mind 2. Remove emotional Guilt and stay happy 3. Visualize what you want to become 4. Don't use refined oil (can use pure Musturd oil) 5. No sugar in any form 6. No dairy products in any form 7. No white salt (use sea salt) 8. No Maida 9. Milk ke bajay me sesame seeds se calcium leti hu soaked and grinded, oil ki jagah me coconut ki giri leti hu but coconut gas on me nhi use kr sakte to me sabji pakne ke baad upper se ghis ke daalti hu aur steam me dhakke oil release ho jata he sabji me for 10 mins, and peanuts❤. @SatvicMovement ❤

He can afford that oil or etc cause he earn after sharing 10% accurate and 90% point less knowlage this are the one who are making problems by always saying eat this eat that giving much value to basic thing like food that is the biggest reason the price of good food is increasing which is not extraordinary thing every human bing in this planet earth specie deserved that
