Super summary 👌👌👌 Real life message how to move forward in life towards our goal and not focus on expectations but instead work on goal step by step with accepting problems , accepting the little unhappiness , accepting the little fear and accepting the little failures during the journey 👊👊💪💪💪

One thing I learned from this summary is, ki ham kay bar logo ke bare me duniya ke bare me friend relative ke bare me galat sochte hai vo have pata nai vota lekin ham apne thought ko itna pakka bana lete hai ki lagtahi nahi ki ham galat soch raha hai, hamra opinion galat hai, to hame apne mind me cler hona hoga ki hame kahi samne walo ko judge to nahi kar rahe, asa bachapan ki upbringing ki vajase bhi hota hai

22nd day book reading challenge is done. Thank you. Improvement and success are together but not same.Don't try to prove you are confident or rich bacuse who are confident and successful don't do. They don't even need. Try to feel rich, positively or have good relationship, i am happy successful these are unrealistic. Because back of the mind you feel lack of things.if you want something means you don't have.choose important things, happiness is problem sufferings are always there in life. Problem is not problem., but think of good one. Don't think only you have, some have same or other problem in past, present or in future may have.choose painful or powerful. Take responsibility, understand yourself, your feelings. Come out of to being victim or saver. Relation should be unconditional learn to say no. Understand death .

Thank you for such a Amazing summary on 'The Subtle Art Of Not Giving A F*ck' By Mark Manson. Where Mark argues that Unrealistic positive Expectation is neither practical nor helpful. Actually suffering is useful and our struggle defines our success. We as a Individual are not special as everyone face problems and we have to realize that one day we will die so that we live each moment appreciating Life. #Bookgyaan (Teachings from Bhagavad Gita & Book Treasure).

Hi... I really appreciate your efforts....i had almost watch your all videos and based on tht i purchased book. Your channel are doing very extra ordinary stuff. But one suggestion from my side tht i have feel if you can implement..you will get more fans club. Your pronouncement is excellent...but you're speaking little bit fast...if one try to understand your last sentence..you jump to very fast to next...whatever you're delivering must reaches to heart and mind both....am not saying tht it not works...but if you're take little bit fractions of time between two sentences..then overall effect will be very powerful. Tht's my suggestion. Do not take personally. Thanks. Keep podcast.👍

One of the best video I’ve ever seen and the best book that I’ve ever read. - do not try - when we think that we are not happy, by default we are making oberseld more unhappy. - expect a life in which I have better problems, khush Rhne k liye there should be something which you can improve. - you are not special . Learn about the aspect aspect you have and then correct them.

Explanation is great but background music is actually contradictory so use music which support the context otherwise its distracting. 👍

#Day:-18 @ Readers Books Club 🎯 It Changes The whole perspective of how we perceive things. He's just so truthful and straight forward, I guess that everyone needs that kind of straightforwardness these days. I guess everyone need to know the hard truth about life and just face it rather than moving away from it. That's what he explains about in a great truthful honest way. 🤗Thank you So much Readers Books Club 🙏 God Bless You :-)
