CJ champion said he knows how a dunk session is gonna go based off 9 foot rim dunks, with that being said I’ve felt like absolute trash and had some of the best workouts of my life after I forced myself to do it.

A good readiness test is see how my fly 10s or speed metric is doing, will tell you pretty much all you need to know on a macro scale for sport

Yet another reason why our industry is getting so frustratingly overcomplicated. You said it best when you used to use these metrics to appear more "science based" when the reality is, so much of the "measurability" and "science" in training is a scam to give the perception of value or need, when it's really just a sales tactic that works really well for administration (or even just training clients) because they don't know any better, but really has little, to no, to even negative value to the intended result of their training/investment in you as a coach. But these conversations with higher ups, or even just your clients, is so difficult to have because they think it needs to be more complicated than it is.

Hi Will! Been loving your contents for a couple months now. I have a question about sprinting while cutting. Do I have to worry about anything like should I cut down volume/ intensity? I have been sprinting 2times a week but going to cut next week worry me a bit. Thank you in advance if you answer this 🙏🏼

Generally, for a sprinter, keeping carbohydrates above 5g per kg of body weight, fats around 0.5g, and high protein intake should be a safe approach. Adding in some walks here and there can round things out and optimize results.
