My dream aircraft DC6 , fortunately I've only have flying DC 4 & Lockheed Electra for cargo carrier across Canada. She is good old fighter.

I still fly this one occasionally, though not as many as I'd like. Tbh, the virtual FE really saves me and keeps this accessible and flyable.... Currency really counts here! No way I'd use it successfully without him. P.S.... Your start was wrong. Prime at 9, boost at 12, then mixture rich. That's probably why you're damaged.

On a side note the intake on the belly is for the heat/cooling system

Colimata Concorde got a big update, as well as the CIVA plugin, which works well with the Concorde, I think Colimata recommends it.

Quite funny how this plane still does not have navigraph integration 😂 Lovely video tough! Still thinking about buying the DC6, would you recommend? 👀 I’m just worried about control binding as I use the bravo throttle quadrant and don’t have enough levers 😂

For the bravo I set up four throttle axis, one mixture and one prop pitch.

Otherwise the normal twin engine setup also works well in my opinion, but I prefer to have control of individual throttles.
