@@yonart420 we should already get used to Turkey not being in NATO, but actually prepare for it actually betraying the alliance ! when something happens, I bet my life Turkey will do just that and is now just in it to screw it over and blackmail it's allies for unrelated matters ! It (Turkey) joined way back when out of convenience, nowadays there are standards to join NATO, most are the same to join the EU, seeing Turkey keeps failing to join that block, it should never have been able to join NATO either, still, when actual approved members want to join, like, I don't know, Sweden for example, they probably wait a year to approve it, first they'll need to blackmail their future ALLIES a bit !! Wait... they already did that... !! hypocrite system, they should overhaul every member state every5-10 years or so, to see if internal politics still uphold the same values as needed when you commit to the alliance... so even though it's the biggest and baddest alliance in history, when push comes to shove, I see it fail miserably !

I think it would be more accurate to compare PnW alliances to irl nations, historically and in the modern day.
