Sergio guest posed for Kim and Chad several years ago, Sergio and talked about his Father and how he didn’t want to be compared to him, he wanted to win on his own...I told him he was blessed to have a Father who was a Legend in the sport and to use it to help get him in but then prove to everyone that yes he was your Father but you, only you made in the sport. Sergio is a great guy, very funny, nice to everyone and he is a Winner...great interview.

Great interview Fouad. Sergio is always a good interview! You never know what he might say. 😂 I’ve been a fan as soon as I saw him as a middleweight because I was a fan of his father before him. His mentality is so different from anybody else out there! He has like an old school bodybuilding mentality dropped in the modern era. You can tell that he does his homework about people in the sport, and just the sport in general. He is one of the future’s top pros for sure. If he keeps being perfect on/off season, and perfecting his posing - all the things he’s currently doing, I believe he’ll be on top of the bodybuilding world eventually.

@RobNerlandfit4 жыл бұрын
Wow great show!!! One of the better ones for sure (which is impressive because the interviews with pros on this show are the Top Tier of all bodybuilding/fitness industry podcasts out there!) The show started off on 100 btw! I clicked and the first frame had Sergio wearing the t-shirt! I was like i guess they will be talking about the shirt (I was one of the guys that was curious about the answer Sergio was going to give) furthermore I was asking the question and wondering Sergio's opinion, not because I was trying to troll or was mad or a hater, but rather because I know Sergio is a well spoken, logical, intelligent individual and I wanted to hear what he had to say about it! And he didn't disappoint and I respect and understand his answer to it all, and the one question that I was wondering about it all (and you ended up pointing out Fouad) was the, well what would a supplement company think about it, or a sponsor, because I was mainly curious to hear that side of it! And that was talked about a bunch and addressed too, so really a great interview. Really, at the end hearing Sergio is starting up his own supplement company it all made a ton of sense to me, to me now that shirt and his openness talking about it, is really symbolic of him building his brand, the "Sergio Brand/Cosmic Brand" which is going to be based around being, to quote Fouad, "Un-Apologetically Sergio", which really actually will be a niche he is carving out no one else will be in, because no one else will really (im guessing) be allowed to be as open/transparent as Sergio is as well as opinionated. Sergio, I know you dont want to hear good luck at the arnold or you're gunna kill it there, so i wont say that, but i'll just say I'm really excited to see what Sergio 2.0 looks like after spending a very productive year on focusing on growing and improving!

I’ve been waiting for this all weekend! Luke and Sergio are my two favorite current bodybuilders and Fouad has by far my favorite channel! 💪🏻 Edit: Sergio is a boss... his physical abilities are insane and he’s got a head on his shoulders. I hope he stays healthy and has a ton of success. I do disagree with one thing however... I believe it would be awesome to make bodybuilding mainstream. The dedication and work ethic shown by these guys would do people these days a ton of good! The kids especially... they need hardworking men as people to look up to.

Bodybuilding is part of the fitness industry at the end of the day. I agree with that there is a difference between the two and Sergio did have some good points though. Trying to make it main stream is actually diverting from focusing on the actual bodybuilders and the sport itself and I truly believe that if the focus was more on making the sport better within the inside eventually people will be more attracted to it. Let the sport evolve and just make the Olympia interesting. They should do something different maybe, I don't know what exactly but I'm sure they can come up with something to make it more appealing and more fun and inviting.
