It was fun being a fly on the wall as these three were cooking and chatting about The Bear, as well as sharing some of their personal experiences, and how the industry effects the lives of those in it. Big time respect for these guys. As per usual you had some beautiful shots, my friend. I can only imagine how amazing that meal was, and I absolutely can't wait to check out all three of their respective restaurants this weekend. Thanks for the work you put into this, and an extra big thank you to all three chefs for taking the time to being involved!

It was a ton of fun and A LOT of work! I had over 5 hours of footage and audio to reduce down to a 30 minute story lol - But I am happy with the end result. Need more cameras LOL

@@BeergrYT I feel ya on that. It's definitely appreciated!

Lol i love how at the beginning everyone is polite and cussing is kind of minimal, by the end when everyone is relaxed, out comes the kitchen language.

This is one of the very few REAL conversations between chefs.. instead of the typical media interviews we see. This is very valuable footage. Thank you for posting this! I'd love more!

Amazing.. seriously this is so well done. It's such a treat to hear directly from the chefs and it added such a beautiful layer of understanding for the show. And after season 2, it felt like they were openly talking about a member of the family... a member we're all particularly fond of. The chef's openness and vulnerablity with their experiences was so generous as they invited us viewers into their world. Them preparing food so freely out in the open, was somehow so intimate... like we were all invited to family style. Great job! May the algorithm gods be in your favor and bring this awesome vid to the masses.

@BeergrYT I hope I still do it. This feels like the most realest and grounded review of the bear. Either way keep up the great work and thank you.

This conversation is epic. I learned so much more than I ever wanted to know about the restaurant industry. Thank you. 😊

@@BeergrYT It is. I have a question for you. Is catering something that you think more restaurants would want to do?
@BeergrYT Жыл бұрын
@@simoneanne01 That’s a loaded question. I think the short answer is yes, but catering for a restaurant involves SO much more. More staff, more resources, more space, more everything. Many WANT to do it, but also loathe it at the same time.

I've never seen the bear, but this is a sick idea for a podcast, cooking delicious food maybe some tasteful sizzling shots mid podcast. That would be very appetizing and better than most just sitting there.

This was beautifully shot, kudos to the cameraman. It's also just a little bit amusing watching as the dude in the cap is getting drunk, ha ha. Talking about The Bear, drinking with fellow chefs as they cook up some amazing caveman dishes; that's livin'!

Despite the low views, this was an excellent video 📹 You should be proud of putting out this type of quality content. These chefs may never become mainstream but this video will be viewed by their grandchildren in the future 🔮 I think 🤔 you should go back to interviewing the chefs individually because you know the questions 🙋♂️ we want answers to

I’m going to culinary school this year and one thing that I know from working in the restaurant industry it’s only because you went to culinary school doesn’t mean you know shit and I’m glad that I know that before going to culinary school.
@kuivia9 ай бұрын
I feel like that rings true to so many things, some people think they're the shit because they got some good grades in school for certain jobs but then they're actually awful when it comes to performance in the real thing

For the chef in the black shirt and khaki shorts...I had the same shit on my skin. I think you need to do a parasite cleanse. Especially, if you're having trouble with #2 or have trouble sleeping, chronic heartburn. Do a search for a full moon parasite cleanse...I'm not selling anything. Good luck, I hope you get it cleared up.

The show would be good if I never worked in that environment. It literally just stressed me out trying to watch the show. Obviously it had help from Shameless, which I loved. I just could not watch the show for more then 3 episodes.
