Thanks for the appreciation, yes you simply pay at the breakfast reception desk, it's currently £22 per person, you could also let the check in agent know you'd like to do this once and I'm sure they'll apply it to your room, enjoy your stay, if you ever visit Prague feel free to see my hotel videos from there.
