Guys, good work, keep it up! I noticed that you don't write exercises names with sets and whether superset or dropset when editing videos, sometimes it's really hard to catch some keywords because of the accent of some of your guests, it would be so helpful to do so! Thank you =)

im 14 and have been going to the gym for a while now i have huge legs and can squat 80kg along with my weight 130kg is this good or abnormal? also nothing i do can get me upper body muscle my arms are small and my chest flat but i have some back muscle, i can do 20kg with my biceps and 40 with the shoulders.
