It's surprising the deals and discounts one can get if only you're willing to pitch in with a mother's-talisman-arcane-ghostbuster-beam-generator to get the job done yourself. Often the cost of even hiring the arcane energies bellows powered generator is far outweighed by the drop in price once tenticlation has been highlighted and accounted for in the asking price. Also, disembodied voices giving accurate andhhelpful life(-preserving) advice are far too underappreciated in today's (haunted) housing market imho.

I really wish there were a game version of Andy and Mike doing this so we could try out alternative things. Things I would have done differently: 1. kept the keys with me and tried them on different locks 2. unlocked the chains first before finding the pendant 3. tried to scare the creature by approaching it and making scary noises and gestures (bluffing it basically, or trying to "call it's bluff", see who would back down first) 4. gone back upstairs at the 43 minute mark, see if I could get the monster to follow me up and get itself tangled in the hanging chains (and hopefully, by coincidence, find the kitty and give it pets for some much-needed sanity boosting!)

Andy being totally fine with beheading the doll and Mike not wanting to do it is hilarious. Good call, Mike, locking the door. When I try to play Resi games I shut the door behind me even if I can't lock it. Chest/locker makes banging noises and Mike and Andy stare it like they're antique appraisers. I love the random cat going up the stairs near the end. Like, fully just said "kitty!" with a grin. Love the little end card too.

I love that they're trying to imply they're getting more scared as they find out these spooky facts while riding on a boat at night, but their heartrates instead show that they're actually getting MORE calm as they learn the spooky details.
