@@chancilopez12345 Drug testing isn't necessarily 100% correct, especially if the user is "smart". If AAS are used in relatively small doses and if having in mind the half-lives of the tested metabolites, an (ab)user can get away as clean. And there are certain AAS which are more difficult to detect or don't have easily obtainable metabolites for the drug testing labs. For example, just recently have labs been able to detect tbol with more precision, causing a large increase in detections. Not to mention the headroom set by WADA in case of testosterone, since the T/E ratio limit set by WADA gives room to boost one's test levels with exogenous sources.

Well, it’s sort of like, yes. You’re right. Most natty guys diet down too far. Actually most B.B. in general diet down too far to get on stage, ending up flatter than they would have if they had just dieted and dried out for a week and a half before the show. Ideally, you’d get yourself into ketosis, drop what little fat isleft over however long, and then dry out for a few days before the show. Then you carb up right before the show and your muscles go POW and get full again. The problem is most guys can’t tell what’s water and what’s fat, so they try to diet off what’s actually water and lose muscle.

I've been a natural bodybuilder since May of 1979 and I'm telling you if you stick with it and learn as much as you can about training and diet you would be amazed at how much muscle you can build without drugs. At this point I could take any of these guys and help them improve significantly. Yes with over 38 yrs under the iron I'm well qualified to make that statement. Sometimes these guys just don't eat enough and that's why certain body part just won't grow. And for the most part they also train too often. And that's why they won't grow. Not enough carbs and they won't grow not enough protien and they won't grow fats etc you see what I mean. Train less often train harder with more intensity and eat more And stick with it for years and you will grow stay away from alcohol completely and you'll grow. Stay more basic with your training and you'll grow. Focus mostly on your weaknesses and you LL improve them and look better! If you can't really feel a muscle it won't grow. You have to really learn how to feel each rep and do just enough to stimulate growth and no more give yourself anywhere from 2 to 4 days away from the gym after a workout and you'll grow I could go on but you guys get the point be smart about everything take it seriously and you'll grow don't accept what you think are genetic limitations don't put limits on yourself believe in your ability to accomplish anything and you will at least get close to that in the end. What you believe you will achieve I repeat do not put limits on yourself you can do it if you really want to don't fake it either really believe it say to yourself this is going to happen no matter how long it takes. And mean it.!! Fix you diet you can do it improve your training you can and should do it don't this that more is always better only better is better..

hey George! I really enjoyed your story. But in practical terms, for a 173 cm tall person, how many pounds do you think he can get at a low 12% bf ? How many days of training, what division of training, how many kcal ingested per day and how much protein we need. I would like to hear from you and from the experience you have. Thank you

This is really great. I'm glad you are willing to cover more natural bodybuilding. I haven't seen much from you lately on powerlifting. I would love to see you cover some of the newer movement of drug-tested powerlifting, particularly the USPA's newly launched drug-tested division, now about a year and a half old. There are even some great older "masters" lifters in these meets. For instance, keep an eye out for Howard Myers from Orange County, CA, now in his 70s, as an example of a really strong guy who has made strength and health a lifelong lifestyle. Hifon Smith, a guy in his late 40s, also is the national record holder in tested divisions. He's so incredibly strong that it could even make a person wonder how stringent the testing is; and I mean that purely as a compliment to him, and not a slight on either him or the USPA. People like him demonstrate that there is truly a place for natural powerlifting, and that the performance differential between natty and "whatever" is not as great as you'd think. Anyway, keep up the great work.

those traps look huge! But shoulders and traps are only some indicators and not a proof at all! Overall weight and FFMI are way better indicators. Also because some athletes look huge, because they are pretty lean.

Exactly!! You can stop taking gear way before you get tested, but just because you are not taking before the show doesn't mean he is natural. Nobody is honest anymore

This video was inspirational for me as i started training from the age of 17 and I have never in my life taken anything to help me get bigger, no proteins or steroids just train hard and eat. I got married 3 years ago and lost interest in training. I haven't been training now for 3 years and I have lost most of my muscles (still got the shape) Just before watching this video I was looking at some pics of what I used to look like and how I look now.... i had very good shoulders, arms, 6 pack, chest wasn't my best part of the body but I used to train chest more than other body parts and even though it wasn't as good as I wanted it to be, it wasn't bad either. For some reason instead of pushing me to go back to the gym I just think " i can't look how I used go, it will take years" I wish I could motivate myself again like before and go back to the gym. Watching your videos do help but when I go home after a long day at work it's like I find excuses not to go gym. It's depressing how much your body can change of you stop training 😔

@PooooLsharK6 жыл бұрын
So, ist there any real and reliable testing they do to sort out a fake natty? What's keeping someone from taking steroidds inthe "off season" long before a competion for example? I feel it would be a devestating feeling for any real natty to have some cheater walk on stage and nothing can be done to expose him. I really enjoyed this video and the physiques shown here. Something I can really look up to and aspire to achieve.
@hopeitstix50526 жыл бұрын
Schraibfehler USADA’s testing is the most thorough it is utilized by the UFC. It is accurate enough to find residue from plastics used in IV lines in the blood or in jon jones case, find PED traces from creatine that his coccaine was cut with lol its more of a matter of theres some people you just cant convince that someone passed because theyre actually natural. All youll here is “oh bro those drug tests are so easy to beat”
@shaqoneill80696 жыл бұрын
Hope It Stix Hahahah that's not what happened Jon jons knowingly took steroids and had been doing it most of his career just like his brothers
@misanthropy66906 жыл бұрын
Yeah, no. Drugs do not stay in your system indefinitely and some drugs have ridiculously low half-lives where if the athlete hops off even a week before testing it can be nigh impossible to pin him for something. That's not even considering the fact that steroids losing all their effects once you hop off is a fucking myth now with further research into muscle cell myonucleii and their influence on muscle growth. A dude can juice hard for 3 years, go well past the natty limit, hop off, and basically have his natural genetic limit extended due to the presence of a much greater amount of myonucleii within his tissue. When juicers are caught for using now, they usually aren't even dominating their sport like they used to when much fewer athletes used drugs back in the 60s and 70s. This is a dead giveaway that the rest of the competition is using because of the sheer advantage drugs give an athlete in almost any sport. It takes a special level of ignorance to base their assumptions on the politic-bullshit propaganda federations feed their audience to convince them they're an honest business with rules. I wouldn't be surprised if most organizations protect their star athletes that make them loads of money and arrange for them to "get caught using" when the athlete decides to make a decision that is unfavourable to the best interest of the organization.
