I'm 70 years old and I'm not about to go to a gym or do exercises, but I do hunt in the mountains, go on my roof to clean gutters, dig in fence posts, built an addition on my house, put in new sidewalks, dug a new septic field and lots of other work. I've always thought that the activity involved in strenuous work was better and more practical than anything you'll do in a gym. If you want to exercise, get a job as a mason's helper.

Thank you for this video ❤ I am single 56 and the last two weeks I have had a feeling of giving up. I do not know anyone that is prepping. I am scared of how the people around me will react when the crap slams theyre face. I trust them only so far. But I am scared that they will do stupid things. Sometimes I wish I am the first to go...

I have been in and out of my martial arts gungfu club for over 20 years, but consistently going for the last 8. I have been an assistant instructor for 5 years. I received my black belt last December at 58 years old, and I was able to do it with my son who is 15. What a great feeling! Never too old!

I’m 75 and I’m still prepping and trying to get my body stronger because I’m a disaster Chaplain. And because my son had a stroke I’m helping him walk which is making me walk which is a good thing for my physical body also. And yes, every day I do a little bit some days I do a lot some days I skip a day but during the week I get a lot done on my prepping Way or the other it’s not for me. It’s for my family and close friends that I might need help that they don’t even know. I have the things that I have. My daughter-in-law, my son order that I have it. So there happens to me is that. And I have probably from A-to-Z a different things. However, the best prepper will ever have everything perfect so I’m doing my best and if you see the things I have, you would think that I was much younger. But it’s not all about me.

I gotta be honest with you… If the shit hits the fan I hope I go with it. I don’t want to struggle to survive. I’m stacked to the rafters. But in some situations the lucky ones are dead.

As a veteran and a Christian, I started prepping when I was 52. Now at 68, I am reevaluating self defense and defense of our property. The body honestly can't do what the brain says I can. Honestly reevaluating and having strategies will help. I supplement my stores by having people come to my house and learn to can. I charge a small fee plus 1 or 2 jars of what we can.

Very good video and i had degenative disc D. I had bone on bone in upper back at the dhirt collar. COLLAGEN TYPE 1,2, 3 AND 6 GRAMS OF COLLAGEN TYPE 1AN 3 WITH VITAMIN C . After 3-4 months i was digging pits 4' deep 3' wide and 20' long with no back pain and that buldging disc in lower back is gone. Supplements are a way of life for my self. We all need to be in top health and active with what is comming

Wheat Guten and Flavor Enhancers. Dude, bread with added GLUTEN make so bloated and ill. I switched to simple basic bread with real ingredients I began to not bloat. You are spot on. Good job. I still must limit carbs. Lol, two steps forward, one back. Good support from your family or friends is everything.
