Shadnagar near JP Darga present price is 13k to 14k per yard@ its very sensible decision to invest there..just 20 mins from Shamshad airport and upcoming RRR also. Also, as sir said,..always invest lesser amounts and gain higher returns.. I have a big investment in shadnagar JP darga area..sure within 5yrs it will be real boom.

Since we r very much confident on NIMZ when Revanth garu said about pharma on Dec 13 as canceled. How come government cancel when 17k+ land pulled and 7000cr invested. Luckily with 17days he said it will be remain same. So super confident who r invested in pharma city. They can see wonders in next 15 to 20 years for sure

High rise buildings in hyd is very dangerous because are infrastructure is not up to our standard. Roads are narrow plus are drainage system is very bad so in hyd only ground plus 4 is advisable.

Hello sir,Hyderabad Realestate is like roller coasters now. You can do this video after 111 GO lifted. As per the sources, 111 GO yet to lift. And Revanth is not interested in lifting 111 GO. This resembles that, no point in investing in RRR region. Better stick to ORR.
