When I found out he lied to me I initially acted like it wasn't a big deal. I said from now on let's be honest with each other, give it a week break and then see. The next day however I realised I will never trust him and don't want to see him again. My body felt the repulsion. I blocked and deleted him a day later. I am done. Got the message and I am done with low value people.

I just cut a guy off…. I wasn’t really that into him but I lack experience so I was making myself into him more than I actually was. I broke it off with him and he started an argument with me about it. Talking about WHY?? Why??? Because you don’t spend time with me. Because you don’t try to get to know me. That’s why…. Thank you so much for this video, I recently got out of an embarrassingly long friends with benefits situationship, and it destroyed me. This was me 5-7 years ago you’re better off with out him and Elliot is right they don’t change, I was in a situationship for 2 1/2 years till I finally had enough and walked away just for him to get into a relationship the next week and I was so hurt cause that’s all I ever wanted from him to make me his girlfriend and show me off well even though he made the girl his girlfriend he never showed her off she always showed him off and he put her through the same things he put me through ( and worse) it was so bad she had to moved out the city, I’m so happy I don’t have to deal with him anymore and finally moved on.

✔️ Fear of being alone. But at this point he rolled out his anger issues and started throwing things in front of me and I asked him not to throw things anymore. Next time we hang out, he threw his phone down on the bed and it hit my foot. So it's getting borderline violent and I've been there done that with an ex so I HAVE to be done. I know it only gets worse from here. I guess I just didn't think it would come to this with this on and off ex. I think he likes having his cake and eating it too. He likes doing his own thing. He said he was willing to get married but if anything I was terrified. But for me, violence is always a him problem not a me problem.
