Eye's modeling tutorial with Blender. I've learned from CG Cookie Channel video's "Creating a Procedural Eyeball with Blender 2.8" for 40 minutes. Yes, it's great!
In this video I've changed a little bit some node and add little bit more color.

I have been watching all the other KZbinr of how they made cornea part and most of them did it in wrong way which cause weird artifacts on refection. Thankfully this video show me the correct way, The Professional way, nice work!.

Great tutorial, actually managed to finish it and create a great looking eye in one evening! Only problem is.... I can't insert it into my character. To create the other eye, I have to use the mirror modifier, but to use the mirror modifier, I need to apply the scale and location, but that absolutely destroys the shader, and it no longer looks like an eye. How and why does this happen, any ideas?

It's really a problem And the solution is multi-step and very cumbersome. I suggest that It could only be used to render it as a texture to create a new eye, that's easier.

Thanks for this tut exactly what I needed! Any ideas why when I bring it into another scene through asset browser with all of the materials, I can't see the iris material through the sclera?

Ohh nevermind I didn't have screenspace reflections on in that scene...

I have a question. When I try to place the eye into the head than the eye pop out every time I try to place them perfect in the eye socket. Is there a trick how to place them into the eye socket without popping out? And thanks for this good eye tutorial. I am new in blender and a tutorial like that is very helpfull.

Thank you for your support. Maybe you need to set origin by right click and then choose Set Origin --> Origin to Geometry and must sure that you set origin to geometry for body too. And set parent for both eyes to body (Set body be parent). You can try another way on "set origin" command or "set parent" command. At last I'm sorry if my English not good.

Hi Ohmara thanks for this video it helped me alot but i have a question when i view it in render mode the iris is alot darker, i tried tuning the color to a lighter one but still it is too dark, is there anyway to resolve this ? thanks!

I'm sorry, I just understood your question. Maybe you means render in EEVEE. You can set your lights by going to the lights tab (choose your light in object mode)and turning off shadows or setting shadow at "clip start". Thank you again.

สอบถามหน่อยค่ะ หนูปรับโลเคชั่นในแมพปิ้งแล้วแต่มันยังเป็นสีดำทั้งลูกอยู่เลยทำไงดีคะ

ดูที่ shading นะ ตรงแถบ Editor type, slot 1 เป็น Sclera แล้ว browse material linked(ทางขวาติดๆกัน) ก็ต้องเป็น Sclera เหมือนกัน slot 2 เป็น Iris ลิงค์ก็ต้องเป็น Iris เหมือนกัน ถ้าในช่อง slot มีแต่ Isis ให้เลือกลิงค์ที่ช่องขวา เป็น Sclera กลับมาก่อน แล้วเซ็ตแบบนี้เสมอ slot1 เป็น sclera ,slot2 เป็น Iris ส่วนของ mapping ห้ามเปลี่ยนแปลงอะไร ต้องเป็นตามค่าที่ตั้งไว้ตามวิดีโอนี้แบบเป๊ะๆ ตรง mapping ส่วนที่ลิงค์เป็นสีตา type จะต้องเป็น point ,location x=0,y=0 และ z=-1 เท่านั้นครับ โชคดีนะ😁
