appreciate the simplistic videos. your physique looks great with the lifting/calisthenics/running all together. I prefer this content way more than just strict running

It's awesome to see more in-depth information about the hard work you put in on a daily basis! Your videos always motivate and inspire me, especially during my return to running after injury. Keep grinding and doing what you do, and go crush that Hyrox! 😁🔥🤘

@@elijahorr Appreciate it a lot! Slowly stacking, brick by brick, so far smoothly. Just beyond greatful to even be running after 3 weeks of no running and barely being able to walk 😅

Elijah, it's great to see your training pay off. I know you've done videos in the past on what you eat, but now that you're focusing on a hybrid athlete program, I'd love to see if there's been any changes in diet. Like you, I'm busy, full-time college student working part-time, and have to squeeze in workouts/meals during the day. Any inspiration for meal-prep or just what you eat in general would be fantastic. Good luck in Dallas!

Love this! People asked for a day in the life and that’s what you gave them. Making the most of what you have and the time you’ve got. Itching against Nick Bare and his empire of clean gyms, nutritionists and media teams but this is what I can relate to and wish you all the best. Keep it up dude! 💪🏼👍

You seem to favor the American swing style as opposed to the traditional, great form, is it because of the different muscle groups it uses?

Good job. I'm curious to ask you how many days do you have this kind of training per week? I mean running in the morning and weight training in the afternoon.

Hi Elijah, quick question! I've been following your channel for a good 3 or 4 years now, and I've never seen you listening to music while running or doing resistance training. Is there a logic behind that? The same approach David Goggings preaches i suppose? Ps: where s the outro at ? BGH, DGT, SFH ✌️

He has a video from 2 years ago titled "Why I Never Run with Music" where he explained he started running in high school, so he was always running with a team where they chatted instead of listened to music. His love for running was built without it, so he prefers it. He considers it a possible motivation crutch and doesn't want to depend on the stimulation. He also said it takes away from the experience and enjoys the experience of just running and be alone with his thoughts and focus on breathing, nature, etc.

Once again, apart from the running training which clearly you are already good at this doesn't simulate nor will it help you perform better for Hyrox. Your just doing accessory work and body weight exercises. Your are going to get murdered on every single station apart from the runs. This type of training is pointless unless your just maintaining. If your going to train for something might as well do it right....... Realistic your already close to elite on the running times at this point that type of training will be providing diminishing returns. Program better..

@@PaulDuncanJr Not paid to be a coach just happened to come across the video as a suggestion via youtube and clicked it. At the end of the day he can so w.e he wants but its just my 2 cents that i saw from the video. My intention was maybe he sees the comment and varies his training a little bit to accomplish his actual goal he set out to do.
