Really Easy and Tasty Pickled Eggs.

G'day guys, I've got a lot of eggs at the moment so I'm pickling some with this really easy and tasty recipe.
Recipe: 12 eggs.
1 1/3 cups of apple cider vinegar with
turmeric (if can't get with turmeric just
add 1/4 teaspoon).
1 1/3 cups of water.
2 cloves of garlic.
2 chillies.
1/2 teaspoon yellow mustard seeds.
1/2 teaspoon whole black pepper corns

Great recipe ☺️ I often use equal parts ACV & beet juice (then whatever spices I want!) I do boil my solution; pour over my shelled eggs; try to be patient! And then love eating the pretty pink eggs 🥚 🥰

great video. Difficulty peeling the shell can be an issue with fresh eggs. If you keep them on the benchtop for a week before boiling and they will peel easily. Stay Safe.

I will give this a try. 😀 Do you need to shake the jar, or move it around? The last eggs I pickled, had powdered chili, and you had to shake them alot. Looks good!

After your boiled eggs have cooled... Put them in a food container with a sealed lid (Tupperware or similar) and shake them 40 times to crush the shells. Then watch them fall out of their shells when you peel them. It's awesome... And fun!

I like the pickling solution a lot, I have no idea why you didn’t use all of the liquid and just fill it up as much as possible which would’ve been the best thing to do to force air out of the jar and ensures coverage. You got a floater, touching the air. I also often do most of my cooking and preparation on construction sites. Nobody there on the weekends to bother you. Wondering why there’s a McDonald’s logo on the bucket behind you?
