It's an interesting question, isn't it! For fun, I dove into the elements of a video game copyright infringement case, and I think Realm of Ink is probably okay, despite the often blatant similarities: "The plaintiff must show that the allegedly infringing game is substantially similar to the original game. This often involves a comparison of the two works, focusing on protected elements like characters, artwork, music, and storyline rather than ideas or themes." In other words, I think RoI is okay because it's a reskin, not a reprint. But what do I know 😛

3.5.. that is low go play it in Chinese it makes the game more playable... like why play it on English in the first place.. its terrible and it feels like they are just reading off the script. playing it in Chinese.. its better and their some minor changes.. like.. the "narrator" saying kill in Chinese from the beginning

Actually, 3.5/5 is a pretty strong aggregate MEGA score. It's tied at 36th out of the 120+ games I've reviewed on this channel. My scoring system tends to be more stringent than that of other reviewers. All that said, I will plan on playing my next run in Chinese. Thanks for the suggestion!
