Should the Lang Doc be taken/some of the border gore sorted, there's an argument for Angevin Aragon to be seen as a great trading power. Ships could come from Biscay, the Med, and the channel; with their cargo passing between the three, while being under the gaze of one ruler. A fluff legitimate reason for a bit of building tall...but I can see why that might not be the sexiest option, viewership wise
