Mr.Inc was trespassing, and has the kind of super strength that required that elaborate contraption to restrain him. @@bodaciouschad The problem with the trespassing argument is Syndrome lured Mr. Incredible to the island under false pretenses. And it's an island, so leaving wasn't an option; he was stuck there against his will. As for jurisdiction, there are no naturally occurring islands that are unclaimed territory. And I don't believe the island is artificial or newly formed, based on the heavy vegetation and some geological structures that would require a lot of time to form. My best guess is it's U.S. territory, since it would be quite difficult to pose as a government agency for one country while being considered the territory of another.

In regard to Chef Skinner's keeping the truth about Linguine hidden, one could argue he's attempting to defraud the rightful owner of the restaurant by concealing said truth. So Skinner's act could constitute a charge of either "fraud" or "conspiracy to defraud another" depending on the circumstance. In either case, max sentence is warranted due to Skinner's greed. Also, the way he went about trying to swat Remy can be interpreted as reckless endangerment since he was flailing what he was using rather recklessly. An ill-timed swing could strike an employee. At best, such could knock them out with a trip to the hospital. Worst-case scenario is the bystander ends up dead.

Since the kid's mom thought Randall was an alligator, ain't no way she gonna let that shit slide while she has a kid with her, so she probably killed Randall with the shovel, and even though we never get to find out if Randall died, let's hope he did, because I've absolutely hated Randall ever since I saw the movie, and I still do.

5:54 This part of the story before the third act where Bob goes to the island a second time was supposed to be for Frozone, not Mr. Incredible, the evidence to back this up is the fact the fight scene is unusual and takes place in a volcano, an extreme heated atmosphere that was established earlier in the movie to be Frozone’s biggest weakness, and the Omni-droids eye was a blueish color, similar to Frozone’s suit color.

Honestly I think he should’ve gotten a lighter sentence, due to the moped driver hitting him. He was in the right to retaliate, although at the same time, that moped was probably quite light, as it seems to be a Vespa of some kind.

I'm not sure if this is even a plausible idea considering the main series games alone are about 99 hours in total and this would probably only appeal to a select audience, but I think a video on the sentencing of culprits in the Ace Attorney series could be cool since it only ever states the details of what happens to the culprits (or.. suspected culprits in the case of one of them) after they get caught a handful of times at most. Of course you have the cut-and-dry premeditated murder culprits, but there are also some non-murder crimes tied to the cases that might be interesting. After writing this I've just realized that this probably sounds like me showing up at your virtual doorstep going "Hello my good sir, do you have the time to talk about our lord and savior Phoenix Wright?", sorry about that.

This was a great improvement over the original! Well done! One error I noticed, Syndrome should have 3 death penalties, not two, since you mentioned giving him another death penalty for his attempted murder of Helen and the kids but never added it to the list.

Also I'd love to see sully and mike, them hiding boo from the authorities, the toxic waste thing, dangerously disposing of toxic substances (sully flushing the kid toys,) not to mention the university movie, they'd have a ridiculous list

You undercharged Skinner. 1) He committed battery by shoving that guy off the moped he stole 2) When he was chasing Remy, he accidentally went down some stairs and damaged the moped he stole (property damage), and he also jumped onto two ships in an attempt to catch Remy, and attempted to jump onto a third (trespassing). 3) After learning that Remy was the cook, Skinner trapped him in a cage (wrongful imprisonment), put the cage in his car (kidnapping), and threatened to murder Remy if he didn't help Skinner launch a brand of frozen foods (coersion). I know that you didn't charge him with animal abuse in the beginning because Skinner initially didn't know Remy was sentient, but he did know that after he found out Remy was the cook.
