Willie Le Roux is the Springbok who had a hand in more tries than any other springbok ever.His instinct to run into the right spaces to create tries is those of a genius at work.That talent combined with his speed and acceleration - not often spoke about - is brilliant. A complete player.

What a wonderful player. I always supported him, through his ups and downs, and never really understood some people disdain for him. He is class, and his 2 world cup medals will always remind us of that.

According to his team mates Willie was a creative genius and never gets enough credit for the roll he plays in the Springbok setup. The guy delivered when we needed him and a very under appreciated player.

Willie gets a lot of hate for his dropped catches under the high ball. But he is exceptional at linking play and redirecting an attack. A Springbok legend 🏆🏆

He's not a kicker and he's super slow runner. I don't event think he's defense matches someone like Damian Willemse. But man can this guy spot and make gaps and he's timing when he slots from fullback into backline is perfect

A very unSouth African player. Not big or fast, but a lot of skill. Pleasantly surprised he's played the amount of tests he has.
