Miller pissed on a candy, dipped it in a urinal and made the kid lick it. He had to go to get tested for HIV, Hepatitis, and other diseases. It also wasn't "just" some bullying, it went on for YEARS. He has done it on instagram, and through a letter that he was forced to write that the judge in the case stated didn't appear to show any genuine remorse . The only person "Lost" here is Bill because he knows jack about the issue. Like many of these edgy TV idiots, they'll read the headline and try to make a narrative around it without actually going to details of the case.
