Alternatively, if you don't have someone to help you load the canister into the truck; you can either use the big box it was shipped in or 2 5gl buckets and assemble everything inside the bed. Load the buckets or box in the bed (about a foot away from the cab). Place the canister on the buckets and assemble like normal (be very carful because if you don't have a firm grip on the rail you may scratch you bed).

Yup i used two trash cans and basically put it on by myself I was a bit disappointed though when I received it it had a few scratches already on it and the sealed tape was already broken I think it was a return and sent back out. I paid 1800 for this item. On the other side this video was great I did it in about an hour didnt need the spacer my truck actually had one sorta built in. But with this video it was a breeze to put in.

I have a Retrax where the end latch separated from the acrylic cover. No one has been able to reattach it where it will stay together. 😣
