You sure got a nice bull rack there and a nice corn husker spred axel there do you have dump valves on both axels I had them on my reefer trailer 51' great Dane 11' spread dump the back axel and turn on a dime and give me back nickel LOL loaded out of Wenatchee with cherries and apple's when the market payed right but northern California Oregon Washington Idaho and Montana are the most beautiful state's in the country i just might move out there one day LOL I might have to hit you up for a driving job LOL

LOL it happens very rarely I have 38,000 lbs just on the back and did 360's thousands of times now you have to watch the tires a little bit because you can deflate them I have had the tires lade over where half the sidewall was on the road just went very slow about every three years change all the bushings LOL nothing ride's better than a spread axle and I'll have to say you have got the best looking spread axle cornhusker hopper bottom I have seen in years just saying.

I pulled a hopper for years. Titan out of Levelland Texas and then Skyview out of Gothenburg Nebraska. Loved it as long as I was out west. Hated it when I was on the east coast. Got out of hoppers and went to Frac sand for a few years. Got a divorce and let my CDL go. Went to get my CDL back earlier this year only to find out they expect me to go to school to do something I’ve got 25 years experience doing. I still drive a truck during harvest in my home state where a CDL isn’t required. I miss the road a lot, especially the mountain states.

Sometimes that works but sometimes it doesn't either. Seems like shredded paper wouldn't weight all that much, now if it were compressed into bales ya. I used to haul rolls and paper and it was really heavy. I used to stay out three to four months at a time. Once I stayed out 6 months when my wife was on the truck with me. You think it is tight, you need to do some trucking over in Main and on the east coast when cities were made for horse and buggies to get around in and try it with a long wheelbase tractor and 45' spread axle trailer; now you know why we have dump valves on our axles so we can help get around in tight places. East coast is real tight. With lots of low bridges too. Yep I ran hwy 12 before into Nanches and into Yakima at hwy 82. The wife is a cutie for sure.

Thats stuff your talking about the ground cellulose is not a fiber it is used as a filler that they use that makes up about 30% per serving of dog food they use it cause its cheaper that the meat ,grains, rice or what ever the other nutritional things they put in the food it was sold to the american public as a fiber so peaple would still buy the food for there dogs but its not a damn fiber its used as a filler there is acyially no regulations on dog food all there is a requirement of how much has to be nutritional to the animale which is really not that much there is more actual unknown crap in dog food than peaple really know and it cause so many diseases and ailments especially in the last 15 years than anyone can imagine it makes the obese ruins there joints and shortens there live by a third if you care about your animales read the back of your dogs food cause that is a requirement they have to list it all on the label goid and bad and if you know what your looking for it will disgust you what they wznt you yo feed your dog look on line there is several long list of the bad things in the dog food and it will disgust you to find out that the supposed good and popular brands are the worst ones that commit these atrocities but dont fret there is alot of good nutritional dog food brands that care about your animals and there very reasonable do your research my friend take care of our fury children they depend on us to make the right decisions.

Yep truckin & operating heavy equipment takes it's tole. As a young buck driving a well worn 20 year old rig some 50 years ago was a life i would'nt want to repeat, No creature comforts in rigs built back then & pay was squat. Driving the unimproved/improved but paved roads in Nevada back in the day was more than a workout, i gave that up the road ranger to operating dozers, loaders & hoes remote areas of the desert , my old body is still paying the price every day for every mile i drove and every bucket i dumped.. Still own & drive my 1941 GM SWB conventional, which these days would be considered just a average 2.5 ton truck. Take it easy Jax, old DesertRat from Keeler @ the bottom of Cerro Gordo grade.

Thanx Jax for letting this old trucker ride along. I'm gonna make it out there on my Harley one day if the Lord let's me live. I appreciate the effort it takes to bring us along. Truckem safe, God bless you brother.

Just open a new rewards card, with a made up phone number. You can get one free shower that way. Save your fifteen bucks!

Thank you for that road trip! You're a good man Jax! So glad Heavy D introduced you, you're not kidding on the wild wild west of trucking, would love to see more road trips like that! The drone footage was amazing! I have one technical question what's causing the cupping of the inside tires at the beginning of the video when you were doing your walk around on your truck for the day?

Glad you’re here my friend. Good question. Semi tire west has become a crapshoot… it’s most likely the fact that those are tier 2 falken tires. Made in the usa, but not the best quality. I had all my suspension recently rebuilt and aligned on this truck, so i don’t believe it’s a mechanical cause this time. At this point I keep an eye on them and hope they’ll even back out. 50/50 chance. I just put new Michelin tires on the front axle. They were 825 dollars each ☹️

@@realwildwildwest wow, I'll never complain of my GMC HD $250 tire Michelin. I've been in an aircraft mechanic for the Air Force for 39 years so I can relate to everything you do just like we do with aircraft. Got to have that morning walk around just like a pilot

Your going to have to do what I do. I don't know what old is suppose to feel like. Your going to have to look at the world with young eyes and a young mind. That will get you past grey beard stage.
