Great tips I never thought the way you ask the right questions matters but now I see how! Loved your energy and overall feel of the video. I’m a video creator myself (i focus on helping small creators grow their channels) and I always try and support my fellow creators and sub of the content is good and you definitely have great content so you just earned yourself a new sub!

Call Center Ninja can you please give us an audiovisual example on how to look lively when conversating with a customer. I am concern about my monotonous voice. My trainer told me that I need to learn on being warm and gentle. It’s just that I am not sure how to do it.
