I watched this yesterday and this morning for my phone initial interview today and proceeded with the final interview a few hours later then got a text and call that I passed! I am still anxious and stutter since my mind is always faster than my mouth haha and also it's my first official job after graduating college but I know I will be able to do my best. This is VERY Important, when the ask "Do You Have Any Question" Don't say I don't. Have a question Ready, you must have a question or two. I have a couple I like to ask. Here's one: "If I am offered the position, is there any Reading Material you recommend I read in preparation for my new role as a CSR" Second question I like to ask: "What is the most challenging thing New CSR's have to overcome and how did they overcome it" These are just 2 Examples of Question to ask at the end of the Interview when they ask "Do you Have any questions" and don't forget to Thank Them for their time.

This applies to any kind of job interviews wether in a corporate, school, work-abroad, BPO, etc. The most important things to consider: you have to be yourself, be natural, let the interviewer know your bells and whistles or assets as if you're selling yourself to the company and show them your willingness and eagerness to be part of the company.

Kaka senior pa lang ako pero gusto ko pumasok sa cc , col.grad ako pero galing ako sa garment factory Kya diko nagamit educ attained ko. Bukod sa kulang ko sa eng speak skills, Wala ako idea sa dapat isagot. July 2019 ako nag retired, that was my 1st and last job for 42yrs to be exact. Single ksi ako at very interested na makapasok sa bpo ind, I know I am physically fit and if I'll be trained well and practice to speak well in English, I know I have the edge to stay long in this kind of industry. Your interview tips is the 1st idea that I gathered in watching to the KZbin, I kept watching again and again til now, and maybe after this quarantine problem I am now ready to face an interview in the cc company. I got passed to my initial interview and final interview last monday. And now I'm just waiting for their call for my training. When you were there having some conversation to your interviewer you just need to be confident and of course tell them what they really want to know about your personality or your background in life.

Yesterday May 21st i turned 18 (legal age to start working in my country) and i sent my curriculum and application to about 6 call centers, i was contacted the SAME DAY by the one i aspired the most for (and it went nahh the first time cause i was so caught off guard), i've been in three different telephone calls with employees and tomorrow i have the face-to-face interview and i am almost vomiting out of nervousness. I have been doing my question research for a while but your video actually made it much easier for me to articulate this type of answers. I've apply yesterday for the call Center but I failed to be hired. But the interviewer says that I have a potential to be a call center and she's expecting me to come back after a month.
