I believe it doesn't matter if your answer is long or short. What matters most is if your answers actually answered the questions. If you have short answers but they truly answer the question completely, then good. If it's short but doesn't make sense, you know what's gonna happen. If it's long but you nailed everything without going around in circles, then good. But if it's long because the answer is just repetitive, then bad. Balance is key. Hope that helps. 🙂

Hi Rea! I would like to ask you if you're familiar with the at&t platinum account? I applied in Vxi yesterday and it's the only account available. I passed the intial interview, tomorrow would be the final. But there's something about billing that I think requires me to practice some 'formula' before I go to the final interview tomorrow. Are you familiar with that formula? I just forgot the term since I'm not really good in Math.

Hi Nicole! Not familiar with it, sorry. I think if it's just the interview, they won't really ask something very product-specific coz you are not trained for it yet. Most likely, they will provide a cheat sheet for you where you can base your answers.
