I wish I could instill these "insights" into my students on how to approach life and their careers. Congratulations Ms Rea and Ivan, I wish we could have here in the west the value that you are adding to your industry... On the contrary, we should be the ones sending trainees down there ... Hello my name is Red! my key takeaway is VALUE.by adding value to the company is important because they help us to grow and develop. As Sir Ivan said it's important we focus on value because at the end of the day they will look at the value that we are bringing to the company. lastly, Never stop learning without learning we will remain unaware of wonderful things in the world.
