I also agree with your comment especially not putting him on the lease/mortgage. IMO, she should be moving into a home HE has provided and allow her to keep hers. Maybe rent it out for income. I have skim read some of the comments and my overall consensus is...... I have met many people in life who live quite a charmed life, very carefree, life treats them well. I am so happy for those people, really glad that not everyone has to endure hardships, health, finance, heartbreak issues. I just believe those fortunate ones do not understand how for others life isn't always that way. I am genuinely so shocked at some of the comments under this video. Elise uploads videos for our entertainment and there is absolutely NO way that we have any say in her life and life choices, so all of the unsolicited advice is incredibly invasive. Elise is an adult woman, capable of making her own decisions and reading some of the comments it‘s almost like people think she can‘t handle life when from everything we see, she‘s doing quite well for herself. There‘s few channels on KZbin where the comments are as invasive as here and it makes me truly sad because Elise, your content is so inspiring ❤

We can reasonably comment about furniture placement, wall color, clothing, etc, but I don't think we have any right to go nuts about her personal life unless she asked for advice, which she didn't. And some of these comments are super abusive IMO. There's someone here that's yelling about how this guy is homeless and has nothing to bring to the table and blah, blah, blah. They (and we) know NOTHING about this guy except that he's already been living there for months and she asked us to trust her that this is ok. I think anyone who's not willing to accept that request and keep their mouth shut is indeed abusive, invasive, inappropriate and offensive. This channel is about her business, clothes, home design, and occasionally gardening. It's not about her personal life and just because she posts about her business, clothes, home design and occasionally gardening does not mean she "signed up" for people abusing her boyfriend just because he exists, or telling her quite clearly that she's too stupid to learn from past mistakes or handle her own life. Just because she posts content doesn't mean that this comment section owns her or is in charge of her.

I would recommend separating the bedroom from the workspace/computer work desk . you sleep better when the bedroom is not an active/work place but a calm place, like when you had your makeup set up where you spend not more than an hour per day I guess. it's just a recommendation, you'll see for yourself what works best for you! and I was happy seeing you happy with the beautiful light on your face when you changed your makeup desk in the other room so maybe it's better like that. I love your videos and I'm happy you found love ❤

Within 2 weeks of meeting my current partner, I knew it was love and within a month, I knew I wanted to live with him (but waited another ten, lol). We only see 20min of your life every week - we have no concept of your relationship and your life beyond the lens. My recommendation would cost you but Samsung makes a tv called the Frame where you can upload paintings you love and use it as a painting when not in use over the fireplace. There are also frames you can choose to customise the tv. they are kind of expensive but I’ve seen some amazing DIY frames done for the tv’s that look just as good!

Hi Elise! I’m a bit late, but so happy for you! It’s a wonderful feeling to have somebody special to love and do life with. You look happy and glowing. I’ve missed your last few uploads, algorithm I guess, so I’ll go back to catch up. But I wanted to mention about the pc in a cabinet, great idea! I was also planning something similar for our new apartment since we are gamers (but I have to be reclined due to illness, so I use a laptop, he uses the desktop pc). It’s a great way to have a beautiful aesthetic when not in use yet still be functional. Unfortunately our open plan living room/kitchen is just not big enough and we couldn’t make it all fit, so we will just have a table against a wall between the kitchen and the sofa. I tried sketching out all sorts of layouts, but there’s just not enough room, plus to also have doors covering it up and the chair not tucked under the desk, etc. It would all be too cramped. But it won’t make such a huge impact in our home as our aesthetic is not as defined as yours, I can see why you might want to disguise it, and such a cabinet would make a wonderful DIY project if you can’t find one ready made to suit your style. It could be a lovely home office for you too if you shared the computer or even just the desk space for your laptop. I look forward to seeing that come to life!

Ok so here's my suggestion. Turn the couch to face the brick wall and fireplace. Hang the TV above the fireplace. Get one of those frames for the TV and when not watching TV put on one of the art screen savers. Just looks like art above the fireplace

This is just my thoughts but I would keep to 2 zones in your living space. Dining area and living area. Maybe if you got a second smaller sofa and made an L shape you could still sit and look out the garden from a comfy sofa but also have another to watch tv. I think it would pull the room together. You may have to find space for your chairs. Maybe a reading nook over by the window. Love it that you have a new boyfriend in your life. Wishing you all the best❤

I’m so happy for your new found love-I remember telling you it was only a matter of time. The best partners take time to meet as you grow stronger in yourself. Enjoy every moment. When I was a child my mother was an amazing artist and interior designer. We had a large living space similar to yours. She found this gorgeous Moroccan brass room divider that was floor to ceiling. You could easily see through it which allowed plenty of light and when the sun shone through the large living room window the brass would ignite into a shimmering gold. This would be a lovely addition to your room-separating living room from dining area without blocking the light. Have a wonderful time in Greece!

Just throwing the idea out there: a projector + screen! You can leave the furniture thr way you love it, facing the garden, and hang a retractable screen above the window. This way when you want to watch something, just slide it down (some projectors can be on the table in front, or some can hang on the ceiling). And you can hide it using a curtain or another decoration, you're more creative than me so I'm sure you'll figure it out 😛
