1സിമന്റ് 2 മണൽ 4മെറ്റൽ ഈ അനുപാതത്തിൽ കോൺഗ്രീറ്റ് ചെയ്താൽ യാതൊരുവിധ ചോർച്ചയും ഉണ്ടാവില്ല.. .. തറ ഉറപ്പുള്ളതാണ് എന്ന് ഉറപ്പ് വരുത്തുക, കമ്പി അതിന്റെ അനുപാതത്തിൽ ചേർക്കുക, കോൺഗ്രീറ്റ് ചെയ്യുമ്പോൾ നന്നായി മിക്സ്‌ ചെയ്യുകയും എല്ലായിടത്തും എത്തി എന്ന് ഉറപ്പ് വരുത്തുക .... ഇത്രയും ശ്രദ്ധിച്ചാൽ ചോർച്ച ഉണ്ടാവില്ല.....

സ്ലാബിന്റെ ജെര്‍ക്കിംഗ് മൂലം ചുമരിന്റെ മുകള്‍ ഭാഗത്ത് തിരശ്ചീനമായി വിളളല്‍ ഉണ്ടാവാറുണ്ട്. ഇതൊഴിവാക്കാന്‍ കോണ്‍ക്രീറ്റ് ചെയ്യുമ്പോന്‍ ചുമരില്‍ വാള്‍പേപ്പര്‍ വിരിക്കാവുന്നതാണ്. ചൂട് കാലാവസ്ഥയില്‍ കോണ്‍ക്രീറ്റ് ചെയ്യുമ്പോള്‍ വിളളലുണ്ടാവുന്നത് സാധാരണയാണ്. കോണ്‍ക്രീറ്റ് ചെയ്തു വരുമ്പോള്‍ തന്നെ മുകളില്‍ പ്ലാസ്റ്റിക് ഷീറ്റ് വിരിച്ചാല്‍ വിളളല്‍ ഒഴിവാക്കാം.
