Out of all the girl groups I've seen, MAMAMOO is the group where all members are known. RBW did so well in promoting the solo releases of each member. I'm not a super fan (but I love them!) so I'm not really sure about the distribution of lines but in my perspective, they're the group where all members are able to shine on their own and I respect them & their company so much.

This is why I get so annoyed when people become offended with idols acting extra on variety shows. Saying things like "they're immature" or "attention seekers". No s#*t they're attention seeking how else do you expect them to get screen time? It's literally their job. Them being silly gets the spotlight not only for them but also for the group. The T-ara scandal was really BS. It is a shame that it derailed everybody's career. The other members were the real victims (Hwayoung's twin sister even joined in to help her threaten Areum). It was a foolish idea to add her to the group anyway - T-ara had stabilized with the six and adding more members was just asking for problems. The real question about T-ara line distribution is why Qri never got any lines. She would get a single line in each song. Why was that? I think 4Minute also suffered from unequal opportunities, but perhaps it was inevitable, inasmuch as Cube was calling it "Hyuna Group" before deciding on the name. My recollection is that while Hyuna was the most popular, all of the members were pretty popular. I personally liked JiHyun. It wasn't like Suzy and MissA. It would have been nice if Cube had given them all more opportunities to shine. Oh well. Cube managed to screw up the Hyuna situation anyway. In contrast, it is nice to see a group like Apink. The members seem to genuinely be close (heck, Bomi and Chorong live together even though they don't have to), and they all seem to have had opportunities to be stars. They have also been remarkably scandal-free. I guess that is why they all renewed their contracts.

The first post Mina spoke about the situation, she never pointed or said any names. Jimin had exposed herself first claiming that it was false on her IG. Which then got deleted ( some posts deleted but can be found on Twitter by fans screenshots ). Mina then decided since Jimin wanted to say something, Mina took the opportunity to expose her. Jimin also did come out with an apology and even admit what she did some things but never apologize properly towards Mina. Even FNC never apologize towards Mina properly but focus on the fans. Jimin never denied it either. In the past, I remember an article that Jimin also had post about something petty on IG when Choa left AOA and unfollowed her. Choa never followed Jimin except she did follow other members. That says something.

Things like THIS, I am EXTREMELY glad that I can't relate. SEVENTEEN may have a lot of members but when you really think about it there is litetally NO FIX CENTER. Every era members get to have their own time to shine. And even if there are literally 2 main vocals and a whole actual "VOCAL UNIT" you really can't pin point who the actual CENTER is. There are even songs where the main vocals doesn't get much lines/parts. And the thing about them is that even if you don't get much lines you may get more screen time instead. Indeed SEVENTEEN's brand is SEVENTEEN. And I really love how I get to see and enjoy all the members since day 1 cos they just dont have the concept of PUSHING A CERTAIN MEMBER TO BE A CENTER. That's just prove you don't know your idol and their relationship. An example look at 2ne1, people used to say they didn't like each other because they were not the affectionate type and they weren't playing bff in front of the camera but look now even after the disband they're all close and stick with each other. That's why fans should know their boundaries. You are just a fan, you support them because of their music not to fill up your fantasies. If one member got pushed more than your fave be understandable. They have to do well because most in that industry are fighting for spotlight. _Line distribution, screen time, dance center, acting roles, mc-ing, guesting, solo gigs_ are all idols need to get more exposure. Expect the group you stan doesn't have a good relationship mostly to bigger group = means less exposure of other member especially in rookie days. If you want to help your fave to be also known (because their company sucks) do your job as a fan. Use *social platforms* and create a fan account on twt, fb, ig, yt etc. that will help your fave to have recognition. Post and share their hidden talents (singing, dancing, rapping, acting, cooking, artistry, sporty/ martial arts etc), stream and promote their fancams, like, comment and share their post. Everything that you can think as long it doesn't downgrade the other member. If you meet your idol at unexpected time and you think she/he has different personality than you see on tv, *empathise.* Not everything you see through your screen are *truth, real and fact.* The company mold their idols to be someone who they are now. There's what we called _'fanservice'_ wherein idols acting lovey dovey in front of their fans. They have to do it, they are *idol* its their job so they must be _presentable_ and _ideal_ (but i hope we also get this shit out from our heads because they are *HUMAN* too). But can we also stop analysing too much like it can cause controversy. Just like what happened to momoland back 'baam' era when blinks bullied nancy because she is glaring at bp that showed her rbf then this 2020 was revealed that she was a fan of jennie. Yall like too exaggerate things especially the unnecessary ones, *shipping.* im not saying that you should stop or it's wrong but the problem here it's getting out of hand. Editing their photos, faking the articles, making bs theories, ok if you want more moments, interactions, of your idols better stop being delulu. What if they saw it, it's so uncomfortable for them to interact more because they know the fans will speculate the 'moments' and thinking in romantic way. And btw a simple phrase like _'you worked hard' 'thank you for debuting' 'you did really great today' 'you are enough' 'i love you'_ can be also a healer to your idols. I always think that the biggest problem of kpop is that many fans went overboard with their fantasies. One of the reasons why I admired Seventeen...Some people even saying that no one stood out in their group but I really accept it as a compliment, Why? This is why I can't understand the demand for huge groups. It's already hard enough with 2 people, but 9? 12? That's a recipe for jealousy, unfairness and tons of drama. I find 5 on the edge of too much. There are idols who have 5+ years in the industry but their line distributions make less than 3 minutes. They don't even cover a full song. It's a challenge with a popular group, but a group that isn't as successful? When artists get 40% then that 40% is divided among 9+ members... Yeah no one is making money. In a bts docu show .In a episode Jungkook briefly talked about their bond and how greatful they are that they that that bond .Jungkook paused and said something like “not like some groups “ it looked like he wanted to say something bc he paused and talked about something else .I wonder how many groups they’ve seen that they actually don’t like each other
