Although I learned a lot from this video, the entertainment and comedy alone was worth the watch. 🤣

First thing: I love your energy and humor 😂 you made me laugh way more than any tutorial video should. 2nd: this is a great example of working from the foundation up. Learn the fundamentals, commit them to muscle memory, and watch them translate into the more complex movements.

How do I get my first jumping chest to bar pull-up in a day 😅 otherwise my 24.3 score will be 10 reps 🤣
@SubtleAsh-TheImmortal8 ай бұрын
Hi Archana, stumbling on this video read your comment. How did the 24.3 go for you? I could pull up when I was in my uni but now my rotator cuff hurts so I scaled the 24.3 bar muscle ups by doing kipping pull ups.

what's a cue to fix the position at 2:12? whenever I think toes in front I end up in that. not sure what I'm supposed to do from that point, if I'm supposed to "pop" the hips or something

The way you do a pull up will cause you many joint and mussle problems avoid the swing and kipping keep the hollow body position and work on strength and repartition use bands and progress with smaller bands,practice at least 5 times a week but listen to your body Experienced 68 yr old Cheers Mark

You are not getting stronger if you do kipping pull ups. You are only training endurance and cardio.
