Edwin, you just summed up my brother-in-law so perfectly!! Jim has been an alcoholic for about 40 yrs now. He is also very jealous of his brother (my husband). My mother-in-law is very ill with heart disease. Currently, Jim, my husband and I are living with her to help with day to day things. Jim hates me because he hates his brother. He always has a chip on his shoulder!! Very sad!! I love these videos. Very helpful for my situation. 🙂

After setting boundaries with a narc woman, a work colleague, she turned all the people against me. She manipulated everyone on her side. Sadly, all the people played into her hands, they seemed just pathetic how they flattered her, worshipped her, walked behind her as her servants or slaves, they highly looked up to her, admired her, were mesmerized by her fake charm and personality, while they treated my like crap, with group bullying, high disrespect, isolation, discrimination, they considered me as the biggest loser ever, a worthless fellow, while they regarded the narc woman as their queen, doing all the dirty works for her. I will never forget this and how I could not win, how I lost everyone's respect at my workplace and I hade to leave in humiliation. And it's highly unfair because all she did to me was due to jealousy and envy, since I was a better teacher than her, with higher success.

Hi Rebecca I had no idea my girlfriend was a narcissist until she ghosted me. I told her over the phone i wouldnt buy her anymore gifts. She's vanished. Looking back I can now see she had some strange behaviour. She lacked empathy and affection. I thought that wasnt narcissism. I'm done with her. I'm now awake. Im angry with myself for falling for it. She won't hear from me again.

So how do I deal with an adult child estrangement who had complementy blocked me, (not her dad) 😢 and a son who married a Covert narcissist? I've been grey rocking then yellow rock to my son & DIL? I just want a relationship my 3 grandsons (under 7yrs old) I could write a novel 😢 I'm so leary of therapy now that I read everywhere that they're encouraging estrangement 🤷‍♀️

Yes the narcissist gives you these little shocks and sometimes big ones on a regular basis. It can give some people a bit of a delayed reaction to unpleasant events in their life. I think that's the reason some victims of narcissist's develop PTSD like symptoms similar to people who have experienced war and suffered shell-shock from that. Keep working on not emotionally reacting to any narcissist, walk away they are not safe to be around.🕊

We already have all of this information about narcissists behavior and how to utilize the recovery process. We need to know the legal side of it most importantly. Can you please consider talking more about the legal aspects please? No one offers that. Unless we hire an attorney ourselves, and learn some really terrible lessons because none of us have been taught. Everybody negates talkin about the legal aspects. Come on girl you're an attorney. The workplace narsasist is the hardest to deal with. You cant get away from them and worse, they are grand masters of getting others to do their work for them (flying monkey's). Slay. But they've depleted my resources so badly because it's not one. But many people taking part in gaslighting me. Ten years in this town. 25 years in various moves in trying to rebuild what I lost. What I've lost is years of my life. I'm 76. I'm a Reiki Master, do photography, sing. I stopped singing because when someone heard me singing, that song would be given to someone. They hovered around and stole whatever talent I attempted to use. Along with various ways of appearing in my life. I now have a dissociative disorder which they don't care about because they keep lying about identities of different people acting the role of this or that tenant. I'm not sure what is going on now. I have been doing my normal life. They show up. Then their real identity is revealed in some KZbin short. Yes, it sounds crazy. They did a good job of confusing the hell out of me and keeping control of their appearances in my life. Veiled threats show up. Very sick toxic. People. To do this to me.

Hi Peter, I'm in the same boat and the answer is to do nothing. If they believe your Ex, they won't believe you. Let it go. Save your breath to cool your porridge. It's hard to do. You will never convince or turn a flying monkey. Drop the flying monkeys. Go no contact. By the time You realize there is a smear campaign, it is all over for You. Your Ex has been trashing you for a long time, even years. You will find out who your true friends are. Just keep focused on you and move forward. You have both lost all credibility in my book. I"m an empath and have multiple narcissist in my life. I agree with something traumatic in childhood. But they know exactly what they are doing. They may not be able to stop it but they know what they are doing. Listen to what you are saying>if they were unaware what they are doing, "Why would they lie, Why would the gaslight? Why would the love bomb?" That is NOT done without them knowing about it. Go back to law. Mel I sorely disappointed with you! You cannot afford to have sympathy for a narcissist. Get away. Have absolutely no contact! The next step beyond true narcisissm is psychopath and I have experienced it first hand.
