Great stuff. Advice: Don't date a separated woman and expect lasting love or, for her to care what your needs are in a relationship. The sex will be great. If you're good to her she'll be good to you. But, at a certain point she will find a reason to break up so that she can mourn her last relationship. She may have said, "I love you", and made promises but, she'll figure a way o wiggle out of those commitments. It might be 6 months or a year but eventually she'll need her space and, you'll get dumped. Keys & clothes get returned. Now comes the hardest part. Do you walking away or try to wait for her to realize you are a great guy. Only you can decide if No Contact or Never Again are what you need. It just happened to me again. By again, I mean for the 2nd time in a year. And, 5 times in the last 12 years. It doesn't get easier. This time was the worst. I'm..... such an idiot..... I just got dumped about a month ago by my gf and after venturing to these videos I had myself guessing what it was that I did for her to break up with me. The more I thought about it, the more it makes sense. She has been divorced from her ex husband for about 2 years and ALWAYS talks about how much he is a narcissist and how much of a shitty dad he is. Mind you this is HER side of the story. She has been in therapy the entire relationship and has only briefly shared what the sessions were about, which were about her dad and her ex husband (dad passed when she was 6 and was not good to her). I was SO confused when 3 days before the break up she was super lovey dovey and saying how much she wanted a family with me, to breaking up with me out of the blue because "something just didn't feel right and that she doesn't think that she's ready for a relationship". Now that I've watched this video and read some of the comments, it is clear that I might have been the rebound guy... which fucking hurts more than anything because I legitimately thought that she was the one. Maybe she will reconsider one day but as far as I'm concerned, I'm moving on. Thank you for the clarity my friend.

I think one of the most important things you, as the rebound, must acknowledge if things start to go sour is that there is no forcing things to work. They chose you because they wanted to get away from this person, but were unable to. They USED you. Don't forgive them for using you and hurting you. You are a human being, not an object. It was real to you, but it was superficial to them. What I am saying is harsh and is not what some people want to hear, but it is the truth. Sometimes people simply wish to hurt you. You may believe that someone would never do that, but it's called backstabbing for a reason. My ex left me for the guy she said she hated. He pushed her to self-harm and have thoughts of ending it all. She said she could never go back to him, but one text was all it took for her to leave me after five months. If you discover you are the rebound then always remember this: You are their option, not their priority. They chose you because they couldn't have something else and it hurt them. Never undervalue yourself. You don't need this person. There are others. Look for the signs of being a rebound and never forget what they look like. Someone may seem perfect for you, but that's what they're choosing to show you. Nobody complains about a flower when it's in season, they complain when it dies. Finally I will say this: It is better to be single compared to living a life of always looking over your shoulder. Always wondering if that guy is going to beg for her back. That's all they want and they would happily throw you away to get that. You are a tool to them. Do not value yourself as that. Do not invest in something that isn't real. Inner strength leads to happiness, not some superficial "love" that is built off of pain. Perhaps one day this person would be right for you, but until they view you and your value as what it is, they are never going to be worth your while.

My ex and I went into no contact after she left me and then I found out she was messing with this guy that I made her meet at work because she said that he saw her crying and comforted her and they started talking and this texted me saying he’s sorry etc and then told me I’m stupid if I get back with her a month passed during no contact and I see this guy watching my story almost every other week, then recently my ex hit me up saying she’s sorry about how things went etc and started talking to me again not mentioning the other guy at all telling me how he’s weird and controlling so I asked her if she wanted to work out w me and she said yeah , even started making comments about how good I look now and how her life hadn’t been good she’s been eating less etc , so we were talking for 3 days nice and good then I call her asking if she wanted to go have dinner and catch up better , all of sudden she says she doesn’t know how the other guy is going to feel , remind you she liters told me days prior that she wasn’t seeing anyone anymore , so after she basically said she can’t see me I said ok and an hour later the guy text me saying “you can have her , I don’t want her anymore “ so now I’m confused he later said that they had a big argument and how I don’t find it weird that now is the time she wants to make things right and apologize about the way me and her broke up saying it was wrong and we should’ve talked , hours later she text me saying she doesn’t know wat I told him that she didn’t have any intention of getting back with me , so I showed her that he text me , so she said goodbye she doesn’t want to speak to me anymore then hours later she text me asking for our conversations saying she deleted them , and I didn’t respond then she text like a few minutes later saying nvm me and my mans are good , after the guy was just telling me he wants nothing to do with her anymore . So I’m really confuse I don’t know what to do it’s like I’ve gotten broke up with all over again , remind you even when I called her asking her for dinner she said that they’re talking but they aren’t together they’re taking a break from each other to now saying “ nvm me and my mans are good “ what should I do ? Anyone that takes the time out to read this id really appreciate it . Thank you

It's ok if you're having sex with her. But try not to develop strong feelings. Over the years, I've been a rebound guy at least 3 times. By the second girl I just looked at it as having fun. If you can play into the "sympathetic sensitive guy" but she still finds you hot, then the sex can be incredibly fun!!! But overall.... it's best to find a woman who's free of emotional baggage from her ex, and just simply wants to be with you.

The only women who are completely free of emotional baggage from an ex, seem to be those in the 30s or younger 40s and older - it has been a complete disaster for me. I firmly believe the majority of older women are broken, and incapable of feeling real true passionate love for someone
