Purchased my first rebounder in 1973..... So happy to see the rebounder exercises in your site. I am 78 now and owe a lot of my health to rebounding over the past 50 years (golly, that is a lot of years). Thank you so much for introducing the rebounder on your over 50's wonderful site. THANK YOU for the rebounder workout!! I have the "Jumpsport" rebounder that folds up, not too expensive either. I started rebounding since it helps with pelvic floor tightening and lymphatic drainage! They even say it boosts brain function w/just a few minutes a day! Schellea, you truly are an inspiration and a ray of sunshine to me (and all your other subscribers). Although I do many of your programs, I am especially grateful for your rebounder exercises as I suffer from Lymphodemia and it was YOU (as doctors don't know too much about this disease) who mentioned that jumping is good for the lymphoids. I am forever grateful to you as I am finding these workouts help reduce the swelling while keeping a positive attitude! Thank you soooooooooooooooooo much!!!!!!!

I have worked out with other trainers and you are my favorite. I am 73 years old and simply want to be able to move easier and tone up my flabby body. If I lose weight that is an extra bonus. Thank you very much for putting this amazing video out here. I already know the benefits of rebounding…learnt all about it when i was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and had to learn from scratch what is happening within my body and how best to deal with this condition. It was a wake up call for sure. I am 45 years old and found you by searching 5 minutes whole body stretch which I do each morning when I wake up. I took it again after a hiatus and this time KZbin suggested this video as well. I am grateful as I have seen and tried several videos of rebounding but this one suits me best. Thanks again. Awesome. I’m nearly 70. So I’m more conscious of staying strong and fit as each day passes. Got through that one. Really enjoyed it. Worked up a big sweat but I feel great. I love this as it’s HIIT as well as strength for my bones as well as balance. Thank you.

Getting back to exercising after a while and I dislike the videos that push me so much that I feel like I cannot accomplish anything. With you I felt great doing sometimes a little bit more and sometimes a little bit less but I feel great. And I also love that you speak at a nice pace and volume, not screaming . Loved it

I finally got a rebounder the other day and I did the work out today was definitely harder than it looks coordination and balance are definitely a challenge on it. It was a really good workout I look forward to doing more of them especially since I have tendinitis in both of my feet I can’t do any walking exercise. I had to put the weights down about halfway through because I did a lot of strength training this week and I was feeling it in my shoulder but I enjoyed it I hope to see more.
