Great work brotha. I literally did some shadowboxing with the 5lb db yesterday working on keeping my pop & keeping that strain on my shoulders. I love your channel man. You inspire me & so many good men out there.

I’m always amazed at how smooth your movements are. Turning 42 this year and getting into boxing helps keeps my mind sharp and give my body something new to adapt to.

@@Carljung14 haha it was from all the lion dance workouts. I had to up my strength and muscular endurance for that. I put on way too much but luckily I’m still quick on my feet. Lol

@CHEZCANTERE naw it doesn't seem like too much, you could probably put on another 5lbs of mass and integrate your speed and cardio to catch up. You would be a monster for the next 20 years before your testosterone dips and you naturally lose size.
