This is my favorite youtube channel. What CJ does takes great skill and I like how there's a lot of variety in the bikes he builds (not to mention cars). Anyone can buy a new bike and replace a lot of stock parts with aftermarket parts and call it a build. What CJ does is a REAL build.

Recently reupholstered my Ducati seat. Secure the front. Pull tight and secure rear. Then stretch and secure the sides to avoid wrinkles.

Check you rear brakeswitch, seems like that one is working the wrong way. Front brakeswitch is working as it should. Check with resistance on the front brake switch and then the rear. They should work the same way.

it seems like the break issue is down at the rear brake lever, if you unplug the the rear brake from its connector and actuate the front brake the light should work and if does work it means the problem is with the rear brake switch down at the lever or your rear brake switch is stuck in the close position when release, the switch which can be taken apart and clean if you want to go that route or just get a new one.

Your seat cover is very loose you gotta put the cover in the dryer for a min or so until it’s warm and stretch it then staple..

Cj use some spray adhesive before stapling the tappezzeria in. it will help you out having 0 wrinkles.

The white 3 prong connector is not a GPS sensor....it is a diagnostic port. It is otherwise unconnected. If you look at pg. 120 of the RSV4 Service Manual there if a photo to confirm this.

Regarding break light issue, the problem with a missing sensor/ malfunction sensor that trigged by brake lever, this sensor usually found attahced beneath brake master cylinder and trigged by brake lever.

So on aprilia the previous owner actually told me that the front brake lever actuates the rear light through brake pressure in the abs module... isn't that DOPE!

It's not for a GPS antenna that comes with the bike. Aftermarket parts you can buy. PZ Racing makes them. It wouldn't have been ripped off in the accident.

Use a heat gun when installing your seat cover. You'll get all them wrinkles out.

Pretty sure on the brake light, 1 wire is from the front lever, 1 is from the rear and they have a common ground

Why don’t you just disconnect the rear brake sensor on the pedal and see where the problem is starting from there as the front brake is working fine

there is none in aprilia , at least my tuono doesnt have one, the abs control unit does the light too
