Exactly! Pretty compact vid, no stretching it to seventyfifteen parts, each two hours long. There are dudes that change the plugs and put air in their tires, and it's longer than the whole of star wars. The build series are good, don't get me wrong. But for a video like this, the 30-45 minute format is golden.

With the last few rebuilds you showed Carvertical is not allways to be trusted. This BMW and the Rolls-Royce were badly damaged but when you sell them the new owner would never know using Carvertical. Same story with the black Lambo. But further on we love you're rebuilds. Keep up the good work.

But the owners would know if they used Car vertical.. That's precisely why it's so well suited for them to sponsor Mat. He could sell this car and the owner would think it's new/used. But using Car vertical, they would know the car was crash damaged because Mat bought them from crashed auction sites, so Car Vertical has the pictures of the crashed car in the auction listings. The only time that the owner won't know, is in a situation like Mats Black Lambo, the car hasn't gone through insurance so there's no record of the car being crashed for a site like Car vertical to display.

Excellent work. Next time you do this kind of comparison on track, just setup a camera at the start/finish line and overlap the footage of both cars afterwards. This will be much easier and more acurate to determine a winner. As an added bonus you might be able to see what car is the quickest in certain sections.

@@trebm3 other than the admittedly bulletproof B58, BMW has not been reliable for a long time (50 comp modules have entered the chat) and they have become increasingly and unnecessarily difficult to work on, which hurts enthusiast support, I think above all culturally they have taken a huge blow by abandoning traditional understated styling for straight up butt ugly cars, and reducing their motorsports legacy to a trim level option for economy cars

Yep, I've had tinnitus for years now. Rock concerts and riding motorcycles with no ear plugs, luckily it's mostly low level and I can ignore it BUT I am very protective of my ears now. Any DIY with drills, saws etc the ear defenders go on.
