Rebuilding an Rx7 13B Engine

This is a 13B-REW engine that was built a while ago for Campbell's Type RZ FD3S Rx7.
The Engine Features:
-Fully Balanced, Lightened and tip clearanced FD 9:1 rotating assembly.
-Mild Intake porting, match ported intake plenums
-Turbo Exhaust Porting
-MFR Race Bearings
-Blueprinted Engine Clearances
-Powerseals Apex, Corner and Water Seals Kit.

The compression test isn’t accurate, the seals aren’t broke in, intake isn’t installed, and assembly lube and oil will manipulate the test.

I don’t see why not. Anyone can do it following the correct practices. Get yourself a copy of the service manual and familiarise yourself with it.
