I aint defending the person at all, totally always contact the seller first if there is a problem... But fed ex and ups both have sent our stuff and delivered it to the wrong places and neither went back a picked the stuff up ever its happened more than 1 time each, so they do mess up shipping alot here.

Quick question if you don't mind. I have a JD 310SE Backhoe. Front axle is a ZF ms-2025. Low hour machine. I've got some kind of binding going on. Pulled the hub plugs to the planetary and it looks ok in there. When I raise the axle and turn the wheels I feel a notchy roughness. Like you can feel the teeth as they rotate. Is there a common thing that goes wrong with this differential?
@hvy1ton5 жыл бұрын
Graders have been using walking beams like that for almost 100 years. The only big problem I've every heard of was when Champion had a 6:1 chain reduction inside the chain case and downshifting under load would cause the front tire to lift and overload the rear.

My quick guess gotta be brakes dragging, guy could for just shits and giggles unhook the lines and cap them off in good laying ground and skid a while to see if it's the source then address the situation
@loggingdaddy2 жыл бұрын
@@LoggerWade was kinda my guess too. Spring released, pressure applied correct? (Sorry I'm new to these, I'm a timberjack guy) So it may be possible to have a leaky or collapsed hydraulic line to rear break and have not enough pressure to fully release.

My better half deals with the shipping issues on a daily basis. If there is a way to get over on ya. Someone will do it! No morals what so ever and it is just flat out theft. GRRRR... They will receive new parts, put the broken part in box, send em back and get PayPal to refund money. Starting last month...PayPal is requiring them to mess with getting a police report. Where before pixs were enough. So the scammers are wasting the police time now as well. Sorry you all have to deal with this stuff. On a side note...Anita loves her Logger Wade boggin' and says it is the warmest one she has ever had! I personally wasnt surprised knowing they were Champion approved! Have a great weekend!

10% of your clinetel will take up 80% of your time, FIRE them. The customer is always right, is WRONG!! ill bet you that the item was delivered and either: (1) his wife put it "away" or he is just being a PITA and wants something for nothing. This is the same person who goes out, eats 2/3 of meal complains loudly to server who get her boss and wants this meal and the next one for FREE. Really what needs to happen is for them to get tuned up and made to appoglize for being a POS. I say publicize his name and address Ill bet someone who watches you, knows him and will come forward to tell you what a POS he really is.
