Man, I miss this guy so much!!! I hope his family is still benefiting financially from these videos. All of them are absolute gems. I’ve been doing resistance training for 43 years and have learned and implemented an enormous amount techniques based on the info from these videos. John will always be with us as long as these videos keep posting. And I’ll keep watching them, even if I’ve already seen them.

My favorite part of EVERY mountain dog video is the opening “HEY EVERYBODY, JOHN MEADOWS HERE”... I love the fact that John makes fun and address’s this before starting his workout in the video ! Mr. Meadows, you are so knowledgeable on everything & I like seeing you trying to take care of your heart. You sir are a monster, at least I think you are. In my mind, I'd like to have the build you have, I won't live that long to be in that kind of shape. At my age I don't think I have the length of life left to be built like that. Thank you John! I’ve just started back up here in San Diego this week where my gym finally opened up. I was soo tempted to go all out even though I’ve lost some strength. Your advice for keeping reps in the tank is what I needed to here instead of my ego. I’m in the best shape I’ve ever been at 50 and any advice from you is much appreciated. I just had a physical and I was told to watch my cholesterol level and prescribed Lipitor. I’ll take my meds and probably cut down on red meat so hopefully I won’t have to take it anymore. Anyways, I’m glad you’re still around alive and kicking. I plan to do the same!
