Lisa, you take all of us watching and listening on a well-paced, coherent journey through some densely packed concepts and experiences related to our own ancestry and our country's history, all the while inviting us to breathe, to stay in touch with our aliveness, and staying in touch with your own. Thank you for helping these truths to be visible.

the invisible stains we wear become visible with Lisa's work. the important work Ive done with Lisa has saved my life from unfolding into a life i didn't choose, but was happening to me. I needed help recognizing unconscious patterns passed on to me by my family. Shadows that are invisible but stain everything until; the story is told. the truth. that's all. just looking at who and what had happened. un ravel piece by piece in connection w my life movement's . I had a beautiful experience with my grandma, whom i never really met , until Lisa led me through a one on one with her. Mind blowing, earth changing. Talking to my ancestors with Lisa's guidance was life changing and life renewing. Asking my grandparents for the blessings to live my own souls journey without the influence of their traumas was liberating and a belonging i never got to feel . i was apart of the circle , my grandma was apart of my tangible circle. Really important .
