The cooking was awesome very traditional Uganda.That's why Ugandan ladies are always having good skin. I do love Uganda people.iam original form Kenya.However I relocated to 🇱🇷🇰🇪.That was nice of her to explore and share the video with people who does not know the Ugandan culture.

Looking at the traditional way of cooking, I can see now how they stay lean. They also don’t have the issues of heart problems that inflict the western world. Ugandans also have a lot Indian influence in some of their cuisine and spices.

Matoke is not only Baganda’s staple food my dear. Just that most of the time, Baganda think Uganda starts and stops in Buganda.

@@JBRMummy most matooke come from West specifically Ankole cause M7 poisoned our soil that's why matooke are no longer in Central as it used to be. Before 1995,Buganda was the leading producing region for Matooke that's why it's our staple food.Matooke is a staple to only Baganda and Bagisu meaning we and Bagisu survived on matooke since time memorial unlike other regions who started growing it recently to get rich by destroying our soil so as they remain the only leading producers in the country
