Take 4 medium sized ripe plantain..Peel and cut into thin long or short slices and keep them aside...
Then add 11/4 cup of maida(here i used 250ml measuring cup)2tbsp rice powder, 3tbsp sugar(add according to your taste)2pinch turmeric powder, 2pinch salt, 2 Soaked Pappads(Soak the Pappadam with 2tbsp water) to a blender and blend them adding 1/2 cup +2tbsp water into a medium thick batter..Then add 1/2tspn cardamom powder(optional)and mix well..
Heat oil in a kadai(here we are deep frying)and coat each banana slices with the batter and fry both sides on low to medium flame until becomes crisp and light golden shade.. Now the tasty Pazhampori is Ready.. Serve it with hot tea or Coffee.. Enjoy
