I love this. Thank you for introducing me to her! I am in perimenopause and I am a personal training. I myself am having to shift in a big way. It’s not easy letting go of old school ways and also accepting the aging body, how it feels and looks. It’s not for the faint of heart. But the shift is worth it. ❤

Sorry to say if you don’t know something it doesn’t means no body else know it. Osteoporosis and osteopenia is well known in medicine. Similar story was talking about microbiome and fecal transplant a good German lady started to laugh . So I told her the same premise if you don’t know it doesn’t mean it is not there. So asked just listen and started talking about Clostridium difficult is treated with fecal transplant. She stopped laughing and said this is interesting. Next morning drove me to Hamburg and asked me to choose and buy books for her,. This is 7 years ago bought her book about microbiome and second book yoga for facial.a

This was Awesome! Years ago Dave Asprey introduced me to the benefits of using a power plate, sauna, red light therapy, and cold plunge. ❤❤❤ At 54 I am seeing my healthy diet and lifestyle are due for a change up. The new appearance of stuff around my stomach is NOT fun. I just started hormone therapy a few months ago and am finally getting good sleep! (Now just gotta get my sleep hygiene in check) I appreciate the tips for the gym. I LOVE lifting heavy but hate HIT so the clarity that it doesn’t have to feel like it’s killing me might get me to reintroduce it again.😅 Thank you ladies!

As consultant gynaecologist the urinary inconclusive and vaginal walls prophase are so common. Almost all women will be affected for different reasons. My consultant Mr Wilson once told me I think God made female genital tract very weak. I was junior doctor told him perhaps it is over used . So it is very common problem and patients complain to their gynaecologist not to their trainer.Thanks.

Great info ladies!!! I have a 35 yr old daughter that is vegetarian and not always the clean kind. She eats a ton of carbs, works out like a fiend and rarely eats enough protein. I suggested she supplement with bcaa's but concerned after what I heard here today. I also suggested creatine but she doesn't want to try it. I rarely get the chance to offer advice so do not want to steer her off in the wrong direction with the bcaa's. Any suggestions? Thank you! ❤

This trainer is very good but studying medicine and sport medicine physiology pathology is completely different level of knowledge quality and depth and no statement like general no body talk about our biggest problem as women which is urinary leakage and weak bones and muscles.
