Got one about 7 years ago same brand, I have it on high when working with wood and have the remote in a holder on the wall don’t have to reach for it. I have not changed the filter being a tight Buger I just hover them out every so often all the best

I bought the same model here in the states but, of course, with a different brand and color. Don’t worry about the height. It really doesn’t matter. The controller can be used from the front. You don’t have to point it directly at the back. I mostly use it for woodworking, in addition to the vacuum connected to my cabinet saw. It does a good job with really fine dust, but it takes time. So it’s not a replacement for a dust mask. It will also suck aerosol from spray painting, but that filter clogs from it fairly quickly.

I’ve been thinking about getting one but wondered if they’d make a difference. Be interested to see in a couple of weeks what you think. Good video mate.

Would adding a mirror on the wall by the door help you to see the lights from the filter end ??? Just a thought. Best Wishes from Australia.

Well you won’t bang your noggin on that, not noisy, and at least with that. As against an extractor you’re not taking the heat out of the room .
